This is a Coleman Power Mate Hand Held Halogen Spotlight Camo Pattern Lantern. It comes with its charger/ AC adaptor.
The larger light does not turn on, probably, the small bulb is broken dead, but it may be replaced. The small light turns on as shown in the photos. The battery life cannot be guarantied since I just noticed that holds some charge. If you want me to test anything before making the purchase, please, let me know!.
