    KPM Style Hand Painted Religious Archer & Stag Scene Wood Framed Plaque C. 1870
    Fabulous and high quality porcelain plaque in the KPM Berlin style. Decorated with a very well hand painted religious scene depicting a god or mythological person stopping a Renaissance archer from shooting a deer on a cliff with a crossboard. Has a painted wood grain and black frame. Gold cloth back to the frame. Unmarked. Circa 1870s.
    Has a few small scratches in the bottom corner of the plaque and small losses to the wood frame, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks to the plaque.
    The plaque measures approximately 4 inches wide x 4 7/8 inches long.
    The frame measures approximately 6 1/2 inches wide x 7 1/4 inches long.
