Marine grade vinyl features 2-tone Grey/Charcoal color contrast and embossed pattern design detail, UV treated and mildew resistant. Marine grade high compression foam padding for comfort. Matching vinyl hold down strap with a stainless steel snap to secure backrest in fold down position when not in use. Includes mounting fasteners to install seat to any standard 5-1/4" BIA 4 bolt pedestal system or swivel. Maximum weight capacity is rated at 200 lbs.
