I do the best i can to pack each item safely. However I can not control the way the shipping company chooses to handle or damage the boxes and items.
So If there is an item damaged in transit I must have photos of the damaged item. Failure to get me photos means there was no damage hence I can not file a claim.
I accept the same proof that eBay accepts if someone wants to return an item for alleged misrepresentation
If there are any problems with the item you purchased I must be notified the same day that the tracking number shows it was delivered.
Failure to notify me on that day implies that the problem happened in your care
In case of a need to return the item
for any other reason than me sending the wrong item or grossly misrepresenting it,
the buyer is responsible for shipping charges
